1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Cilantro
Salt
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 1/2 pounds tomatoes
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse about 12 times. The mixture should be chunky. Store chilled in an air tight container for several days.
For the wings - we bought frozen chicken fingers and divided them by 3.

1 pound wings/tenders
Sauce
1 teaspoon citrus zest
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup tequila
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon Adobo Seasoning
Combine all the ingredients in a jar and mix. Marinate wings in sauce and grill when ready to eat.

1 pound chicken wings/tenders
Sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
Combine all ingredients in a jar and mix. Cook wings in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Remove wings from oven and place in a bowl and allow to cool. When ready to eat place tenders and sauce in a large plastic bag and combine.

1 1/2 cups hot sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
Place wings in a marinating try and cover with combined sauce ingredients. Marinate until ready to prepare
Sauce
1 stick unsalted butter melted
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 cup sweet Asian chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Cook wings in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients and toss on to wings.
